About us
Spill Containment Factory is the export website of Taizhou Fengxu Textile Industry Co., Ltd. Since 2020 we have manufactured PVC-coated polyester containment products in our own factory in Taizhou, Zhejiang, China.
The plant covers 2,600 m² and employs 54 people. Foam wall spill berms are the main product. The same cutting and welding lines also build the other portable PVC berms, trays and liners used around drums, IBCs, tankers and plant equipment. We supply OEM buyers and distributors in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe.

Inside the factory
What we make
Everything on this site is welded from PVC-coated polyester in the same plant. Foam wall berms are the stock line; other types are quoted to size.
Foam wall spill berms
The main line: low-profile, drive-over walls for trucks, generators, drums and maintenance bays.
Other portable berms
Bracket-wall, snap-up, rapid-rise, mini berms, tanker berms and modular berm walls from the same PVC lines.
Trays, pallets and liners
Flexible spill pallets and decks, IBC berms, drip trays, ground tarps, track mats and containment liners.
OEM and private label
Your brand, sizes and packaging, produced in Taizhou for distributors and catalogue sellers.
How a berm is made
- PVC-coated polyester is CNC-cut to the inner size and wall pattern.
- Panels are joined by high-frequency or hot-air welding, including corners and seams.
- Foam walls, brackets, valves and reinforcements are fitted as the design requires.
- Each berm is leak-tested, then folded and packed for export.

Send the equipment footprint or inner size, the liquid, the quantity and the destination. We quote from that. Certificate copies and material test reports go with the offer when you ask for them.
We do not use competitor brand names or claim EPA or CE product certification. A portable berm is one way to meet secondary-containment rules when it is sized for the containers it serves. Read the sizing guide.
